Baba Alariya whose real name is Adeyemo Adelere Oluwafemi is a Nigerian comedian, OAP, and content creator. He hails from Osun State, Nigeria, and was born in 1995 into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Adeyemo.

He was born and raised in Osun where he had his early education. He graduated from Federal Polytechnic Offa where he obtained a degree in Library and Information Science.
Baba Alariya’s passion for comedy started as far back as 2006 when he was still in Secondary School. His friends back then found him funny as he always shares funny stories which the Yorubas call “Alo” and he was also a member of his church drama group back in the day.
His career took off professionally in 2010 when his brother Remi Adeyemo decided to optimize his talent and bring him to the spotlight. His brother, Remi Adeyemo at the time was a Television and Radio presenter but now a pastor. He took Baba Alariya to the studio for the first time where he started featuring in radio programs as a backup comedian for professionals like Mc Damola, Mc Diouf, and Spencer. He had his first public show when he performed alongside Dazzling Damola and that was his first paid show.
In 2012/13, Lara Olubo the popular Orisun TV presenter persuaded him to open an Instagram account and since then, the impact of Instagram in his career is enormous and evident.
