OGB Recent started making comedy skits in 2021. He started out by making regular comedy videos just like the other online comedians and he struggled to gain followers/expand his fanbase.

His slang ‘Abi you wan collect’ went viral online and his fanbase increased drastically. On the 18th of March, 2022 he released his first song titled ‘You wan collect?’.
