Ghanaian actress sentenced to prison for taking Naked photos with her son. The actress Rosemond Brown who is popularly known as Akuapem Poloo, has been sentenced to three months in prison. She is sentenced by an Accra Circuit Court over the publication of obscene material and domestic violence.
Last year, the actress went viral for taking photos in which she posed naked with her seven-year-old son. The photo became a nationsl debate in Ghana and Nigeria. In luei of that photo the court sentenced her to 90 days in jail. As the sentence took place the actress reportedly pleads for mercy saying to the judge “Mummy please, Mummy, I beg you, Mummy please,” . Her plea was unaccepted and the sentence passed.
Akuapem Poloo will be serving her term and hopefully a lot of people will learn from this and be discrete with a lot of things.
