Guy reports his fradulent friend to the FBI after his friend refused to settle him

A Ghanaian guy identified as John Jacob just called the FBI to report his friend Ruph Awuni, who resides in Chicago, the United States of America, for being involved in fraud.

During his recorded call to the FBI, John revealed that his friend Ruph steals people’s identity and then sends it to him (John) who then files for unemployment, and then Ruph will receive the money but Ruph received the money and refused to give him his share so he wants him arrested.
