Mechanic uses customer’s car as collateral and the creditor has refused to release the car

A man (@Emmyzuel) has taken his mechanic to the police station after the mechanic used his Lexus ES350 as collateral for a 1.5 million Naira debt.

According to the man, he gave his mechanic the car to fix his AC but the mechanic ended up using it as collateral. The creditor has refused to release back the car unless the 1.5 million Naira is paid back by the mechanic.
