UNN Female student allegedly stripped and harassed from 10 am to 5 pm due to indecent dressing.

Students of UNN (University of Nigeria, Nsukka) have alleged that a female student was stripped, intimidated, assaulted, and punished because of her dressing.

According to a friend of the abused student, she was wearing a “black t-shirt, yellow midi skirt, and tied her hair with durag.”

Her friend stated that a non-academic staff approached her and accused her of being a prostitute and a cultist. The non-academic staff went on to collect her phone and go through her social media and further accusing her of committing abortion.

When news of the incident got to students, Rotaract club members stormed the students’ affairs building to demand justice for the lady who is one of their members.
