Cindy’s mother is Portuguese while her American father is of Irish Origin. She is the ex-wife of the legendary actor, director, and producer, Kevin Costner.

Cindy attended a local high school in the state of California. Upon completion of high school, she enrolled in California State University (Fullerton) where she studied Biological Science and graduated with distinction.
Career
Cindy’s first passion wasn’t acting but during her school days, while participating in stage plays, she started to develop a passion for the craft.
Her acting potential spoke for itself and the audience could easily tell that she would make a great actress. After she graduated from the university, she came into the limelight after playing iconic roles in Disneyland plays such as Cinderella and Snow White.

Cindy‘s love journey started off at a very young age as she met Kevin Costner at the age of 20. They met in Fullerton, California at a time when neither of them was famous and there was immediate chemistry between them.
Their rose continued to get better as time went by and on the 11th of February, 1978, they got married at a resort in California.
They have three kids together, Annie Costner their first daughter who was born on the 15th of April, 1984, who is an actress too, Lil Costner, their second daughter who was born on the 4th of August, 1986, who is also an actress, and Joe Costner their youngest child who was born on the 31st of January, 1988 works as an audio editor.
After 16 years of marriage, their marriage hit rock bottom and they eventually got divorced. Cindy alleged that Kevin’s unfaithfulness led to the end of their marriage. After the divorce was finalized, Cindy was awarded $50M in spousal support from her ex-husband.
That wasn’t the end of Cindy’s love life as she eventually found love again and got married again to Larry Ameen this time around. Larry Ameen is a successful businessman who is the CEO of investment firm ‘Dogwood’ and has worked with several clothing brands like Pepe Jeans and Jordache Jeans.
