Thompson Victor Ufuoma who is popularly known as Victor Thompson is a Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter. He was born on the 11th of November, 1986, in Lagos State, Nigeria, and hails from Okpara-Island in Ethiopia East local government area of Delta State, Nigeria.

Education

Victor Thompson is an alumnus of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurrun, Delta State (FUPRE) where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in the Department of Environmental Science.

Career

Victor Thompson started singing at a very young age but his music career kicked off professionally in the year 2005. He was a contestant in The Voice Nigeria Season 2 which took place in South Africa.

During his early career days, things were not going so smoothly as he needed a lot of money to push his music. Through perseverance and consistency, he continued to grow his career. Victor Thompsom became a household name in the gospel music industry after he released the song ‘Dependable God’.

He has now also directed a couple of churches and music shows and has also directed a few TV shows like Vocalist Naija, and Atmosphere Reality Show. He is one of the judges of the show, Atmosphere Reality Show that airs on DSTV. He has also written songs for some local and foreign singers.

Victor Thompson is the Co-Owner of Atmosphere Ent. Nig. Limited.
