Career

Talking about taking the bull by the horn, Zinoleesky alongside his friends, Lil Frosh, Ibradosky, and others decided to take advantage of the internet which has been changing the lives of numerous average Nigerians daily. Instead of sitting at home and waiting for a record deal or hoping that a savior comes to their rescue, they started making freestyle in the street of Agege, record and post it online. They started garnering traction online and building a fanbase for themselves even without a major record label backing.

When Kizz Daniel released the song ‘Fvck You‘ and kick-started a challenge for the song, Zinoleesky joined the numerous artists and talented Nigerians to hop on the challenge and finessed it. His version caught the interest of Kizz Daniel who developed a keen interest in Zinoleesky and went on to promise him a collaboration (which is yet to happen tho).

Their Agege freestyle videos got the attention of veterans in the music industry and Lil Frosh was called upon by Davido’s personal assistant at the time, Aloma DMW for a record deal. Lil Frosh put pen to paper and joined AMW (Aloma Music Worldwide) which is affiliated to Davido’s record label (Davido Music Worldwide). The same deal was offered to Zinoleesky which he turned down for reasons best known to him.

On the 31st of December, 2019, during the Marlian fest at Eko Hotels & Suites, Naira Marley announced the new artists (Mohbad, C Blvck, Fabian Blu, and Zinoleesky) who has just been signed to Marlian Music. Since he joined the label in 2019, it has been hit record upon hit records (See his discography below).
