The former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi visited the Maraba-Nyanya International Market Central Mosque on the evening of Monday, March 18, 2024, to break fast with the Muslim community.
Peter Obi who contested in the last presidential election, was captured on video eating from a disposable plate and spoon-feeding a boy with the same spoon he used as he was surrounded by Muslim faithfuls.
Afterwards, Obi, a practising Catholic, addressed the press on the mosque premises but the background noise made it difficult to hear him.
