Watch the shocking moment a man and his stepson were shot d£ad by neighbor over noise in their apartment (Video)

A new disturbing video is now making rounds on Twitter as it showed the moment a neighbor murdered a father and his stepson in cold blood on Sunday night, October 29, in Brooklyn.

As seen in the footage, the man dressed in black was angrily pacing outside his neighbor’s apartment on the 4th floor of 1418 Brooklyn Avenue in a well-known East Flatbush housing complex. A few seconds later, a woman identified as Marie Delile came out from the apartment and exchanged words with the frustrated neighbor who was identified by Police as Jason Pass, 47. Shortly after, the woman was joined by her son, identified by police as Chinwai Mode, 27.

A few seconds later, Mode’s stepfather, Bladimy Mathurin a 47-year-old school bus driver stormed out of the apartment and confronted Jason Pass with scissors as seen in the footage. His wife immediately tried to drag him away back to the house but she was overpowered by her husband who is also a bodybuilder.

A moment later, the argument took a turn for the worse as the neighbor pulled out a handgun and aimed at Mathurin. On seeing the gun, Mathurin slowly tried to move himself and his family back into their apartment but Jason opened fire on Mathurin. As Mathurin fell to the ground, the neighbor turned to Chinwai Mode who was still in the hallway, and shot him multiple times. At that point, Mathurin’s wife had already run back into their apartment and Jason returned back to Mathurin who was in a pool of his own blood, and shot him yet again before he fled the scene.

Mathurin’s inconsolable wife, Marie Delille, said her family, originally from Haiti, has been locked in a years-long dispute about noise with their downstairs neighbor.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny said Tuesday that there were six previous 311 calls about noise complaints placed from the alleged shooter’s apartment.

“Basically [about] people walking,” Kenny said. “We come to find that the apartment upstairs didn’t have carpeting. It was a wood floor. So a lot of noise. People walking back and forth generated these calls.

“We have video, obviously of the incident, and I’m sure you’ve seen it,” the chief said. “It’s gone viral, where the perpetrator confronts the family members.”

On Sunday night, the fed-up resident began banging on his ceiling over the loud sounds supposedly coming from Mathurn and Delille’s apartment.

Mathurin banged back, prompting the suspect to rush upstairs and kick the family’s front door, according to Delille.

“This man hates us with every bone in his body,” the wife told CBS New York of the neighbor.

As seen in the surveillance video and confirmed by the police, Mathurin argued with the neighbor and seemingly threatened him with a pair of scissors, before the suspect opened fire.

The victim’s family called the suspect psychotic, saying he would constantly complain about noise when they weren’t making any.

“My husband had no gun, no weapon. Why did you bring a gun to shoot my family? Why would you bring a gun to tear my family apart? Why? Why?” Delille said
